Gerardo Kuhlmann

Married and father of two children, Gerardo has focused for many years on working with people, groups and organizations in development and transformation processes. He has more than 20,000 hours of work with groups and about 5,000 hours of work accompanying people as a coach, psychotherapist, spiritual companion and mentor.

Just for the VW Group he has held more than 1000 courses, conferences, workshops and seminars in the last 20 years.

For years he has been focused on the study and development of methodologies that favor learning and change. He is a passionate believer in the goodness and nobility of people and is a fervent follower of the positive approach.

Discovering his own Greatness and learning to live from it has been the common thread of his life and his professional work for years.

He has worked as a psychotherapist, teacher, consultant, lecturer, teacher, coach and trainer in different countries, mainly in Latin America and Europe. From the companies he directs, he has designed and implemented culture change processes in organizations of various sizes, particularly in large and complex multicultural companies.

Of Mexican-German citizenship, and currently based in Madrid, Spain, Gerardo has worked for many years with companies and organizations that integrate people of different nationalities and cultures.

He uses and combines in his life and work the contributions of his learning carried out in the school of life and also of the knowledge acquired through reading, study and reflection. He has obtained degrees in Civil Engineering, Psychology, Philosophy and Human Development.

What those who have experienced processes with him value most is the impulse and tools they have received to be better people and to generate a better society for all, fairer and more fraternal.
