Katya Kuhlmann

Katya is a person who genuinely seeks to help others from different perspectives. As Headhunter and Coach, she has supported many people in matters of their professional and personal development.

Living from Greatness has given her a new way of life that helps her bring out her best version and that others do too. She considers it a privilege to be able to share this philosophy with different work teams and in her personal life. She has witnessed the changes generated by the possibility of living from the Greatness perspective and the lives that have changed after each workshop and course she has taught.

She studied Industrial Relations at the Universidad Iberoamericana and has always devoted herself to issues related to Human Resources. She is a Certified Coach of International Coaching Technologies and ITESM and has training in Coactive Coaching taught by CTI. To continue with her personal growth and development and to be able to help others, she is studying a Master in Applied Positive Psychology.

Katya is passionate about life, wife, mother of two daughters, and a marathoner at heart.
